We want to make your shopping experience with us as smooth as we possibly can, no fuss, no drama!

Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. We check each and every part before we dispatch them. If by any chance you were not happy with your order, please get in touch with us within 24-72hours so we can sort it out. You may return the items to us, at your cost, and they have to be unused and undamaged. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you the full price of the products you purchased without the shipping cost you originally paid for. It will be returned to the same credit card or account you used to purchase.

Damaged Items

We personally take care of the packaging  and shipping of your orders and we check them before dispatch. However, sometimes goods are damaged in transit. If this happens, please notify us immidiately. We would also need you to send us detailed photos as proof. We will then arrange a collection and we will send you a replacement straight away even though we have not received the returned item back. We want all our customers to be happy.

Please note that for International orders, it will take a little longer before the replacement arrives due to the nature of shipping. If you need the replacement asap, you can add extra to upgrade your shipping. You will only have to pay for the difference on the standard shipping cost to an expedited shipping.
